Hi I’m Kira, I’m happy you’re here
As a yoga teacher, my mission is to guide women toward a deeper connection with our divine feminine energy. I believe that within each of us resides an infinite source of sensuality, intuition and creativity, longing to be awakened. Through deepening our connection to our bodies, embodying our feminine energy, and embracing the power of somatic healing, we can awaken and reconnect with the sensual essence within
My purpose is to gently peel back the layers of who we are, uncovering our deepest truths and stepping into our full power and authenticity
Outside of teaching, I find inspiration in life’s simple, soulful moments. A warm cup of tea, the pages of a good book, the beauty of a sunset, or the breathtaking wonder of nature and the wisdom it holds. I also cherish deep, meaningful connections and the soulful bond of sisterhood.
My spiritual practices including, yoga, meditation, and energy healing are the heart of my personal journey. These rituals are my way of inviting healing, growth, transformation, and wisdom into my life. Through them, I seek a deeper understanding of myself and the universe, creating a space where healing, authenticity, and empowerment can flourish
