As a yoga teacher, my mission is to guide women toward a deeper connection with our divine feminine energy. I believe that within each of us resides an infinite source of sensuality, intuition and creativity, longing to be awakened. Through deepening our connection to our bodies, embodying our feminine energy, and embracing the power of somatic healing, we can awaken and reconnect with the sensual essence within

My purpose is to gently peel back the layers of who we are, uncovering our deepest truths and stepping into our full power and authenticity

Outside of teaching, I’m inspired by life’s simple, soulful moments - the kind that often go unnoticed. A warm cup of tea, the pages of a good book, the way the sky shifts at sunset, and the pure awe I feel in Mother Gaia’s presence and the wisdom she holds

I deeply value the connections I share with others, especially the sacred bond of sisterhood

My spiritual practices are the heart of my journey - yoga, meditation, breathwork, prayer, connecting with Mother Gaia and my sisters. These rituals are my way of inviting healing, growth and wisdom into my life. Helping me align and embrace my sacredness

Through these practices, I am continuously deepening my connection to myself and the universe. I am creating a sacred space where authenticity flows freely, healing unfolds gently, and empowerment blossoms from within
