∴ Rose oil on womb + heart

anointing myself with rose 𓂃 softening into devotion, awakening love within

∴ Cleansing smoke

I’ve been loving palo santo, copal,

sage (when I’m feeling I need a deep cleanse)

∴ Sensual movement 𓂃 yoga 𓏺 dance

love working with my womb

∴ Prayer

love letters to mother, goddess I’m working with and my spirit guides

∴ Meditation

tuning inward 𓂃 becoming an open channel to the divine (often when I receive most of my downloads)

∴ Pranayama (breathwork)

breath as remembrance 𓂃 returning to my power

∴ Chanting 𓏺 Singing 𓏺 Sacred Sound 𓏺 Expression

honouring and embracing my voice 𓂃

chanting to goddesses, expressing myself through my voice.. letting it all move through me

∴ Talking to the moon

as woman, we are one with the moon

∴ Sacred cacao

cacao sprinkled with rose petals.. sipping slowly, tuning into all the sensations and letting my heart soften and open even more

∴ Listening to what my body is sharing with me

letting my intuition, womb & yoni, heart guide me

∴ I am the altar

bare with my sacred temple, in my own essence

∴ Adorn my vessel
